Managing Partners:

John Krant

  • John has over 18 years of experience in providing high quality M&A advice to international corporations, institutional clients, private equity firms and family offices. His professional drive is to provide clients with highly professional and value-add M&A advice and execution support on buy-side, sell-side, financing and strategic business development projects. His further strengths are his asset sourcing capabilities based on his unique corporate, shareholder and partner network in Germany. Before founding Altrius in Frankfurt in 2009, John has worked in the M&A departments at Deutsche Bank and UBS in Frankfurt and London, where he has been part of several large cap M&A transactions as well as IPOs for international clients. John is a Dutch cititzen and holds a MSc in Business Administration (EBP/European Business Programme) both from HES Rotterdam and FH Münster.

 

Fabian Lörz

  • Fabian has more than 17 years experience as entrepreneur and member of several boards in Germany, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. Through his former roles as Managing Director of a project development company and as CFO of an energy service company he built a strong network in the energy industry. As entrepreneur Fabian was taking an active role in the acquisition and integration of several companies as well as the successful exit through trade-sales. Before joining Altrius, Fabian has worked six years as Managing Director of a Luxembourg based regulated fund management company. He is qualified by the Luxembourg regulator CSSF as C-level officer of investment funds and from the German BaFin as material shareholder of a financial institution. Fabian is a German citizen and holds a MSc in Economics from HFWU Nürtingen.

 

Yuliang Wei

  • Yuliang (魏玉良) has more than 20 years of experience in international corporate development, cross-border M&A and JVs and has led dozens of cross-border transactions with a total transaction value over EUR 10bn. Before joining Altrius, Yuliang was the Chief Representative of Fosun Group in Germany and headed several of Fosun Group’s cross-border transactions and JVs in Europe, including the acquisition of German H&A private bank. Before joining Fosun, Yuliang was Deputy Director of Business Development at Shanghai Electric Group and led several projects like the JV with Schneider, Siemens, Alstom, GE, Areva etc. Before that, Yuliang was based in Europe and worked for Siemens Power Group and Siemens Automation and Drives Group. Yuliang is Chinese citizen, studied at Technische Universität Berlin and graduated from Shanghai Tongji University.
